Dr. Silvia Wagner
Managing Director
Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs

Silvia is a food chemist by training, holds a PhD in toxicology and qualified as a Registered European Toxicologist (ERT). After several years in the chemical industry with a focus on bioanalytics and metabolomics, she switched to regulatory consulting in 2012. Responsibilities covered all BPR activities ranging from preparation and defence of active substance and product authorisation dossiers to project and task force/consortia management.

In 2018, she founded spectra Consult GmbH, an independent consulting company, and continues to support the chemical and biocidal industry with integrated and tailored-to-needs strategies for regulatory compliance in the European Union.

Dr. Elena Robeska
Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs

Elena is a molecular biologist by training with a PhD in Pharmacy acquired at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. The focus of her PhD was on genetic toxicology. As a postdoctoral-fellow in the French Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies Commission, Institute of Cellular and Molecular Radiobiology she investigated biological alterations occurring after ionising radiation exposure with the aim of improving cancer radio therapy.

With her sound technical background, Elena has taken over responsibility for environmental exposure & risk assessments, classification & labelling as well as (eco)toxicology evaluation. Her working field expands to efficacy testing and literature research. She supports the project managers in preparation and defence of biocidal product and active substance dossiers.

Dunja Dimitrijevic
Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs

Dunja studied food chemistry at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. After graduating, she started her PhD in toxicology and pharmacology at the department of Experimental Toxicology and Ecology at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen in cooperation with the Free University of Berlin. Her research focus was the development of analytical methods to improve the extrapolation of effect concentrations derived from cell-based assays and in vitro - in silico based toxicological risk assessment.

Bringing in her technical expertise from industry, Dunja has taken over the field of human health exposure & risk assessments, classification & labelling and toxicology evaluation. Moreover, she is responsible for questions related to physical-chemical properties and analytics. As a technical expert, she assists with the preparation and defence of biocidal product and active substance dossiers.
